In Northeast Texas, Delta, Hopkins, Lamar, Rains, and Van Zandt. * Through Saturday morning * Rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches can be expected today with an additional 1 to 2 inches on Saturday with a line of thunderstorms. Total additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 5 inches can be expected with isolated heavier totals * Soils are saturated across North Texas and any additional rainfall will result in rapid runoff which is likely to lead to flooding.
