Hello!

I’m Dana Nutt and this is my 37^th year of teaching and my sixteenth at Blossom Elementary.  Before coming to Prairiland, I taught at Paris ISD for twenty-one years.  I am the Special Education teacher.

I graduated from East Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education.  I am certified to teach grades 1^st – 8^th in the General Education setting and Early Childhood through 12^th grade in the Special Education setting.

I am married to Fred Nutt and have two children:  Josh and Jenna, and a daughter-in-law, Jill.  Also, we have been blessed with four grandchildren.

We are members of Ramseur Baptist Church where I have taught Sunday School for 33 years.  I enjoy outdoor activities such as gardening, walking, sports, and spending time with my family fishing, hunting, riding four wheelers, and sitting around a campfire!

I love my job and feel very blessed to be able to teach at Blossom Elementary and  work with such wonderful faculty, staff, PTO, and students.
